The City Government Of Cotabato, Through General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifty Five Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (php 179,550.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract. Conduct Program Implementation Review And Awarding. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
