Description Invitation To Bid Early Procurement Activity (epa) For The Road Reblocking At F. L. Dy St., Barangay District 1, Cauayan City, Isabela 1. The City Government Of Cauayan, Isabela, Through The Lbp Loan Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Eight Hundred Thirty Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Eight Pesos And Eleven Centavos (php3,830,568.11), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) For The Road Reblocking At F. L. Dy St., Barangay District 1, Cauayan City, Isabela. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Cauayan, Isabela Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Twenty (120) Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From City Government Of Cauayan, Isabela And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00am-5:00pm. 5.
