Description 5 January 2024 Invitation To Bid For The Supply And Delivery Of Liquified Petroleum Gas For Caloocan City North Medical Center For The Calendar Year 2024 Subject To Framework Agreement 1. The City Of Caloocan, Through The General Fund Of The 2024 Annual Executive Budget Approved Under Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No. 1055 S. 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Pesos (₱128,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Liquified Petroleum Gas For Caloocan City North Medical Center For The Calendar Year 2024 Subject To Framework Agreement. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During The Opening Of Bids. 2. The City Of Caloocan Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Liquified Petroleum Gas For Caloocan City North Medical Center For The Calendar Year 2024 Subject To Framework Agreement. Delivery Of Goods Is Required From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed Until 31 December 2024. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Which Is At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. 3.
