Description 20 May 2024 Invitation To Bid For The Supply, Delivery, Commissioning And Testing Of Utility Vehicle For Disaster Preparedness And Response Vehicle Of Caloocan City Disaster Risk Reduction And Management Department 1. The City Of Caloocan, Through The General Fund Of The 2024 Annual Executive Budget Approved Under Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No. 1055 S. 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Million Three Hundred Fourteen Thousand One Hundred Ten Pesos (₱8,314,110.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply, Delivery, Commissioning And Testing Of Utility Vehicle For Disaster Preparedness And Response Vehicle Of Caloocan City Disaster Risk Reduction And Management Department. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During The Opening Of Bids. 2. The City Of Caloocan Now Invites Bids For The Supply, Delivery, Commissioning And Testing Of Utility Vehicle For Disaster Preparedness And Response Vehicle Of Caloocan City Disaster Risk Reduction And Management Department. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Which Is At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. 3.
