The City Of Caloocan, Using A Framework Agreement, Through The General Fund Of The 2025 Annual Executive Budget Under The Sangguniang Panglungsod Ordinance No. 1121 S. 2024 , Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Seven Pesos (₱5,999,927.00), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Dietary Food Supplies For Caloocan City North Medical Center For Calendar Year 2025 (subject To Framework Agreement). Bids Received In Excess Of The Total Cost Per Item Shall Be Automatically Rejected. 2. The City Of Caloocan Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Dietary Food Supplies For Caloocan City North Medical Center For Calendar Year 2025 (subject To Framework Agreement). Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within The Period Specified On The Call-off From The Date Of Receipt Thereof. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
