The City Of Caloocan, Using A Framework Agreement, Through The General Fund Of The 2024 Annual Executive Budget Under The Sangguniang Panglungsod Ordinance No. 1055 S. 2023 , Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Four Hundred Forty Six Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Two Pesos (₱1,446,472.00), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Other Supplies For The Conduct Supplementary Feeding Program Community Based Children Of City Social Welfare Development Department (subject To Framework Agreement). Bids Received In Excess Of The Total Cost Per Item Shall Be Automatically Rejected. 2. The City Of Caloocan Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Other Supplies For The Conduct Supplementary Feeding Program Community Based Children Of City Social Welfare Development Department (subject To Framework Agreement). Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within The Period Specified On The Call-off From The Date Of Receipt Thereof. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
