Description 1 November 2024 Invitation To Bid For The Supply And Delivery Of Dietary Non-food Supplies For Caloocan City North Medical Center For The Calendar Year 2025 (subject To Framework Agreement) 1. The City Of Caloocan, Using A Framework Agreement, Through The General Fund Of The 2025 Annual Executive Budget Under The Sangguniang Panglungsod Ordinance No. 1121 S. 2024 , Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Fifty Seven Thousand Forty Pesos (₱1,057,040.00), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Dietary Non-food Supplies For Caloocan City North Medical Center For The Calendar Year 2025 (subject To Framework Agreement). Bids Received In Excess Of The Total Cost Per Item Shall Be Automatically Rejected. 2. The City Of Caloocan Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Dietary Non-food Supplies For Caloocan City North Medical Center For The Calendar Year 2025 (subject To Framework Agreement). Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within The Period Specified On The Call-off From The Date Of Receipt Thereof. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
