The City Of Caloocan, Using A Framework Agreement, Through The General Fund Of The 2024 Annual Executive Budget Under The Sangguniang Panglungsod Ordinance No. 1055 S. 2023 , Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Million Seven Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Pesos (₱7,776,000.00), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Food Snacks For Community Based Rehabilitation And Research Treatment And Training System (carrotts) Of Caloocan Anti-drug Abuse Office (subject To Framework Agreement). Bids Received In Excess Of The Total Cost Per Item Shall Be Automatically Rejected. 2. The City Of Caloocan Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Food Snacks For Community Based Rehabilitation And Research Treatment And Training System (carrotts) Of Caloocan Anti-drug Abuse Office (subject To Framework Agreement). Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed Until 31 December 2024 After Issuance Of A Call-off. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
