Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Cagayan De Oro Now Invites Bids For: Collection, Hauling And Disposal Of Municipal Solid Waste Including Street Sweeping In Cagayan De Oro For Twelve (12) Months At A Price Not To Exceed Php600.00 Per Cubic Meter . Delivery Of Services Shall Be Twelve (12) Months. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
