All Refrigerated Drugs And Medicines Must Have Proper Storage Box With Thermometer To Maintain The Right Cold Chain / Temperature Upon Delivery To The End-user. 3. If Certain Drugs And Medicines Are Damaged, Adulterated And Mishandled During Delivery, The Winning Supplier Must Replace The Medicines. 4. All Penicillin Parenteral Antibacterials Under The Said Lot 5 Must Submit A Certificate Of Analysis Coming From A Well-known Testing Center From Ust Cedres And Up Pgh And Must Submit An Exclusive Distributorship Certificates. Must Be An Iso Accredited Supplier. 5. Estimated Unit Price Reference Is From Dpri 2023 11th Edition Updated On August 31, 2023. 6. To Ensure That Cold Chain Is Maintained With Temperature Readings Between 2-8 Degrees Centigrade For Items That Will Require Special Handling. 7. Delivery Terms: 30 Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed.
