Moreover, Eligibility Documents To Be Submitted Are (i) Photocopy Of Proponent’s Department Of Trade And Industry Or Securities And Exchange Commission Registration Certificate, As The Case May Be; (ii) Mayor’s Permit; And (iii) List Of Previous Works Done And Respective Clients.
