Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Cabadbaran City Now Invites Bids For Early Procurement Activity For The Supply And Delivery Of Rice - Well Milled For Pnp Personnel (1st Qtr). Delivery Of The Goods Required By 15 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
