Erosion And Deposition Profiles 6. Wave Action And Modelling To Consider For The Proposed Port Development. 7. Hydrodynamics Modelling To Consider For The Proposed Port Development. 8. Evaluation Of Proposed Port Development 9. Analysis For Short-term Development Plan And Long-term Development Plan 10. Securing Environmental Compliance Certification (ecc)/ Environment Impact Assessment (eia) 11. Experience/portfolio Of The Firm Applicable Experience Of The Firm Or Firms In A Joint Venture, Measured As Years Of Existence, Awards And Citations, And Similar Completed Projects In The Last Two Years. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Irr Of Ra 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, And Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 8. The Procuring Entity Shall Evaluate Bids Using The Quality-cost Based Evaluation/selection (qcbe/qcbs) Procedure. The Procuring Entity Shall Indicate The Weights To Be Allocated For The Technical And Financial Proposals.
