The City Government Of Butuan Through The Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of : Purchase Request No. Description Abc 2301-2024 Procurement Of 1 Lot Supply And Installation Of Electrical Materials And Equipment For The Butuan City Command Center For Disaster Response Under P.r No. 2301-2024- 5% City Disaster Risk Reduction And Management Department Php 13,310,601.09 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Butuan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Upon The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (and Shall Be Effective For One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
