The City Government Of Butuan, Through The City Engineering Department-special Purpose Appropriations: Supplemental Budget No. 6-2023 Through Sp Ordinance No. 7047-2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Sixty Six Million Five Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Six Hundred Eighty One Pesos And 36/100 Only (php 66,583,681.36) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of South Market Cold Storage (building And Utilities), Brgy. Villa Kananga. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Butuan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Fifty-two (152) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
