Rosales Avenue, Butuan City Invitation To Bid For The Upgrading Of Butuan Medical Center (phase 1) 1. The City Government Of Butuan, Through The Appropriations/funds And Allotments Under The City Engineering Department: Special Purpose Appropriation- Development Projects Through City Ordinance No. 7143-2024 (supplemental No. 4 S.2024) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Sixty Four Million Ninety Two Thousand Pesos (php 64,092,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Upgrading Of Butuan Medical Center (phase 1).bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Butuan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Ninety (190) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From City Government Of Butuan – City Procurement Management Department And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From Mondays To Fridays At 8:00 A.m.to 5:00p.m. 5.
