Tenders are invited for Provision of Home rehabilitation associations in bruges The city of bruges has decided to launch a global rehabilitation of the house of associations. This project is subjected to forced deadlines (notification of works contracts at 31/12/2021 and receipt of work at 31/12/2022), which are difficult to compatite with allotment. Combined with these forced deadlines, the ambition of rehabilitation is based on 2 major components that involve overall coherence in managing the completion of the work. The first component lies in the search for the energy performance of the building, which must reach 30 % energy savings. The second component lies in the need to ensure a great modularity of the spaces that is sought in this building.
