The City Government Of Borongan, Through The People’s Survival Fund (psf) Grant, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Ten Million Seven Hundred Seventy Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos And Ninety Centavos Only (php110, 770,960.90) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Reinforcement Of Loom River Flood Protection Systems And Redevelopment Of Resilient Communities And Livelihoods (flood Control System), Barangay H To Barangay Campesao, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Borongan Now Invites Bids For Reinforcement Of 3.65 X 507.60 Mts Of Existing River Control. Completion Of The Works Is Required Forty (40) Months. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. 3.
