The City Government Of Borongan, Through The Co – City Treasurer’s Office And Co – Mayor’s Office Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos And Eighty Pesos (php1, 500,000.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of One (1) Units Brand New Multipurpose Vehicle (mpv) For Lgu - Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Borongan Now Invites Bids For Brand New Multipurpose Vehicle (please See The Office Of The Bac Secretariat For Complete List Of Items And Specifications). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
