The City Government Of Borongan, Through The City Solid Waste Management Office Capital Outlay, Annual Budget 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Three Hundred Seventy One Pesos And Twenty Six Centavos Only (php1, 199, 371.26) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Materials Recovery Facility Of Various Barangays: Poblacion B, Taboc, Bato, Cabong, Lalawigan, Benowangan, Songco, Sabang South, Bugas, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Borongan Now Invites Bids For Installation Of Mrf Facility With Dimension Of 2.00m X 4.5m X 1.90m High, 9 Units To Be Erected In Various Barangays Within Borongan City. Completion Of The Works Is Required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.” Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, And Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 4.
