The City Government Of Borongan, Through The 20% Development Fund, Annual Budget 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Forty Nine Million Nine Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Two Pesos And Seventeen Centavos Only (php49, 988,362.17) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Road Opening (benowangan-baras) Phase 5, Brgy. Benowangan-baras, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Borongan Now Invites Bids For Road Opening Of 520.0m X 8.10m Road (sta.8+992.00 – Sta. 9+512.00) And Construction Of 210.0m Total Length Of Slope Protection (left And Right) And Other Scope Of Works. Completion Of The Works Is Required Four Hundred Twenty Four (424) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.” Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, And Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 4.
