The City Government Of Borongan, Through The 20% Development Fund, Annual Budget 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Two Hundred Forty One Pesos And Two Centavos Only (php4, 998, 241.02) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Opening Of Barangay Access Road, Brgy. Benowangan, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Borongan Now Invites Bids For Road Opening Of 100.00m X 6.10m Barangay Access Road, 1 Unit Of Double Barrel, Rcpc And Other Scope Of Works. Completion Of The Works Is Required Forty One (41) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. 3.
