The City Government Of Borongan, Through The Mayor’s Office Other Supplies And Materials Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Six Hundred Two Thousand Five Hundredforty Three Pesos And Fifty Centavos (php2, 602,543.50) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Various Hardware Supplies And Equipment For Lgu-borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Borongan Now Invites Bids For 1”x 2” X 10”good Lumber, ¾” Marine Plywood (please See The Office Of The Bac Secretariat For Complete List Of Items And Specifications). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
