Zamora Street Location : Barangay Ii, Bais City, Negros Oriental Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) : Php 4,921,909.01 Calendar Days To Complete : 75 Calendar Days Brief Description Of Project : Removal Of Existing Asphalt Pavement (100mm Thick); Removal Of Existing Line Canal (concrete); Subgrade Preparation; Aggregate Subbase Course; Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (pccp), 200mm Thick; And Reinforced Concrete (line Canal). Source Of Fund : 20% Development Fund Cy 2024 In The Amount Of Php 5,000,000.00 Prospective Bidders Should Possess A Valid Pcab License Applicable To The Contract And Philgeps Registration And Must Have Completed, From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Similar Contract With A Value Of At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc And Have Key Personnel And Equipment Available For The Execution Of The Contract. Every Member Of The Joint Venture Must Submit All The Class “a” And “b” Eligibility Documents And Must Separately Pass The Eligibility Check. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/ Fail Criterion And All Other Particulars Relative To The Procurement Process Shall Be Governed By The Provisions Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The Government Procurement Reform Act And Its Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr).
