Description 1. The Sangguinang Kabataan Of Barangay San Luis, Antipolo City Through Sk General Fund Of 2024 Annual Budget, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Thousand (p 1,200,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under Contract # 2024-001: Sporting Goods. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Sangguniang Kabataan Of Barangay San Luis Now Invites Bids For The Sports Uniform. Delivery Of Sporting Goods Is Required 7 Days For The After Award Of Contract. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary "pass/fail" Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulation (irr) Of The Republic Act 9184 (r.a. 9184), Otherwise Known As The As The "government Procurement Reform Act".
