The City Requires The Supply, Delivery, And Installation Of Audio-visual Equipment Across Its Facilities To Lifecycle The City’s Current Meeting Room Technological Hardware Or To Equip New Buildings Or Meeting Rooms That Lack Such Technology. In Addition To The Supply, Delivery, And Installation Of Hardware, The Selected Proponent Will Also Be Responsible For Quality Assurance Services On The City’s Current System In Its Council Chamber On A Quarterly Basis. The Selected Proponent Is Expected To Be Available For Timely Response To On-demand Emergency Call Outs If Required. It Is The City’s Intent To Enter Into A Three (3) Year Term With An Option In Favour Of The City To Extend The Agreement On The Same Terms And Conditions On An Annual Basis Unless Either Party Provides Written Notice Of Termination At Least 90 Days Prior To The Expiration Of The Current Term. A Long-term Agreement Is Foreseeable For The Future For The City To Standardize The Proposed Audio-visual Equipment To Meet Future Requirements In Both Of Its Current And Future Facilities. The Agreement Will Have A Maximum Term Of Ten (10) Years.
