Tomas Senior High School-state Of The Art Training Center Location : San Miguel, City Of Sto. Tomas, Batangas Appropriations : Php 8,983,464.11 Type Of Fund/source : Special Education Fund/mooe, Annual Budget Cy 2024 Prospective Bidders Should Possess A Valid Pcab License Applicable To The Contract, Have Completed A Similar Contract With A Value Of At Least 50% Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), And Have Key Personnel And Equipment (listed In The Eligibility Forms) Available For The Prosecution Of The Contract. The Bac Will Use Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria In The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As The Preliminary Examination Of Bids. The Bac Will Conduct Post-qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid.
