Delivery Of The Good/services Required For Item No. 1& 7-8, 30 Cd, Item 2, 11-13, 60 Cd, Item 3-5, 135 Cd, Item No 6 & 10, 90 Cd And Item No. 9, 120 Cd. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of The Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Procurement Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedure Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. In This Regard, Where A Required Item Is Provided, But No Price Is Indicated, The Same Shall Be Considered As Non-responsive, But Specifying A “0” (zero) For The Said Item Would Mean That It Is Being Offered For Free To The Cgpp. 11.
