The City Government Of Pasay, Through The Supplemental Budget No. 10 Cy2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Million Ninety Eight Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (php 8,098,350.00), Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Three (3) Units Motorcycle First Responder, Customized And Equipped With Medical Equipment, Instruments And Supplies For The Use Of Pcdrrmo To Increase The Capacity In Terms Of Emergency/disaster Preparedness And Response Operations. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Pasay, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Expected Completion Of Delivery For The Said Project Is Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
