Description Invitation To Bid For Construction Of Various Infrastructure Projects For The City Of Navotas Under 20% Cdf 1. The City Government Of Navotas, Through The City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-38 (cy-2024 Annual Budget) And City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-51 (utilization Of 20% Cdf), Intends To Apply The Sum Of  Lot 1 – Upgrading Of Alley With Improvement Of Drainage Canal At Int. Jb Santos St. And Int. M. Fernando St., Barangay Tangos South, Navotas City (pin 2024-04-063) / Abc Php 3,073,544.15  Lot 2 – Improvement Of Pathway At Int. F. Ablola St., Barangay Tangos North, Navotas City (pin 2024-04-064) / Abc Php 786,663.99  Lot 3 – Upgrading Of Alley With Improvement Of Drainage Canal At Alley Beside Mlhuillier, M. Naval St., Barangay Navotas East, Navotas City (pin 2024-04-065) / Abc Php 783,721.45 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Navotas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required  Lot 1 – 90 Calendar Days  Lot 2 – 30 Calendar Days  Lot 3 – 60 Calendar Days Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
