Description Procurement Of Other General Services (linen And Laundry Services) For The Use Of Navotas City Hospital 1. The City Government Of Navotas, Through City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-38 (cy-2024 Annual Budget), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand Pesos (php 3,213,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Other General Services (linen And Laundry Services) For The Use Of Navotas City Hospital (pin 2024-02-012). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Navotas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Twenty Four (24) Hours Daily, Including Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
