The City Government Of Isabela, Through The 20% Development Fund Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Seven Hundred Forty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty One Pesos And 43/100 (php3,742,721.43) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Construction Of Barangay Hall At Barangay Lumbang, Isabela City, Basilan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Isabela Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of Barangay Hall At Barangay Lumbang, Isabela City, Basilan. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
