Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Samar Catbalogan City Invitation To Bid For Goods/services 2024-009 Procurement Of Security Services, Catbalogan City 1. The City Government Of Catbalogan, Through The Cy 2024 Mooe Fund City General Services Office Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Four Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Four Pesos And 27/100 (p6,454,354.27), Inclusive Of All Applicable Taxes And Charges Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Goods/services 2023-009. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Catbalogan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Ten (10) Months From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, A Single Contract Within The Last Five Years That Is Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc, From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
