Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Samar Catbalogan City Invitation To Bid For Infra 2024-019 Construction Of Solar Street Light Phase I, Poblacion, Southern, Northern And Coastal Areas Barangays, Catbalogan City 1. The City Government Of Catbalogan, Through The General Fund (ordinance No. 2024-008) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eighteen Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (p18,550,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Infra 2024-019. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Catbalogan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project, Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
