The bidder is required to have experience in works of a similar nature. The exact percentage of similar works completed is not specified, but proposals for subcontracting components of the Works which in aggregate add to more than 20 percent of the Bid Price should be provided. The bidder should have prior work experience in similar projects, including experience as a Subcontractor in the past, duly certified by the owner of the Project. The experience of working on projects such as Water Treatment Plant with a specified capacity is also required. In terms of monetary values, the bidder's financial turnover and cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 5% per year based on rupee value to bring them to 2024-2025 price level. The bidder should provide reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and auditor's reports for the past five years. The bidder should provide information on works performed during the period from 01.04.2019 to the due date for this tender or its extension, including project name, description, agreement value, and stipulated period of work or completion. Quantities of similar work executed by the Bidder during this period should also be provided, including the name of work, name of employer, quantity of work performed, and remarks. A Project Manager with B.E (civil) degree and minimum 10 years’ experience or diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years in a Project similar to the present work is required.
