Request for Proposals for Provision of ukraineinvest operations process mapping and organizational management support to ukraineinvest The purpose of CEP is to encourage the growth of startup businesses and small and medium sized enterprises in Ukraine, increase domestic market competition, and support the competitiveness of Ukrainian firms in international markets. CEP’s ultimate aim is to stimulate increases in SME sales, job creation, and increased investment in Ukraine.To support the GOU and UkraineInvest’s investment attraction efforts, the offeror will provide implementation support to UkraineInvest to strengthen their overall organizational structure and IPA processes, including: 1) Assessment of organizational structure and personnel resource allocation; and 2) Process mapping for lead identification, market research, investor application review, design and delivery of aftercare services, and design of communications campaigns. Both activities aim to increase the resource capacity of UkraineInvest, enabling the IPA to undertake implementation of the National Foreign Direct Investment Strategy and sustain the agency’s investment promotion efforts well after this work has finished. The Offeror’s implementation support will be enabled through the procurement and use of new tools and systems (ancillary support that CEP is conducting separately from this solicitation) such as the procurement of recommended market research and investor databases.
