Background The Bureau Of The Treasury Seeks To Secure Janitorial Services For Its Office In Line With The Bureau’s Commitment To Efficient Operations And Timely Service Delivery. Daily Cleaning Of Office Spaces, Including Workstations, Meeting Rooms, Corridors, And Restrooms 2. Sweeping, Mopping And/or Vacuuming Of Floors 3. Dusting And Wiping Of Surfaces, Furniture And Equipment 4. Emptying And Disposal Of Trash And Waste 5. Cleaning Of Glass Surfaces, Walls, Windows And Mirrors 6. Maintenance Of Restrooms, Including Sanitization Of Fixtures And Replenishment Of Supplies 7. Periodic Deep Cleaning Of Chairs/upholstery, Tables, Cabinets And Blinds 8. Regular And Scheduled Cleaning Services As Per The Agreed-upon Frequency 3. Timely Response To Special Cleaning Requests Or Emergencies C. Qualifications And Requirements: 1. Experience In Providing Janitorial Services In An Office Environment 2. Trained, Skilled, And Willing To Learn Various Cleaning Techniques 3. Adequate Knowledge In Using/operating Cleaning Equipment 4. Knowledgeable In The Proper Waste Disposal And Environment Regulations 5. Willing To Accept Flexible Work Schedule 5. Supervision And Control The Janitorial Personnel Shall Be Under The Direct Supervision Of The Regional Director Or Her Designated Officer Who Shall Also Be Responsible In Overseeing The Daily Activities Of Janitorial Personnel, Review And Approve All Work Outputs, And Report Any Irregularities Or Deviation From The Agreed Contract Of Service. The Janitorial Service Agency Shall Objectively Dealt Any Report Of Irregularities Or Deviation. The Agency Is Expected To Exercise Discipline, Supervision, Control And Administration Over Its Personnel In Accordance With Laws, Ordinances, And Pertinent Government Rules And Regulations. 6.
