Request for expression of interest: Recruitment of a firm responsible for carrying out the study on the planning of the use of water resources and recommendations for its development in and around the Ouadi Rimé-Ouadi Achim wildlife reserve (RFOROA) of the ProPAD Project, on behalf of the PDLA As part of this project, this mission aims to improve knowledge of water resources in and around the Ouadi Rimé-Ouadi Achim wildlife reserve (RFOROA), in order to plan the hydraulic developments that can be achieved within the framework of the ALBIA project and beyond, in a sustainable manner. In general, it will be (i) the bibliographic study; (ii) Installation of meteorological stations and training; (iii) Remote sensing study; (iv) Fieldwork for the inventory of water points and the establishment of the contextual framework; (v) Geophysical studies for the location of geological reconnaissance drilling points; (vi) Geological reconnaissance drilling; (vii) Establishment of a conceptual hydrogeological model and evaluation of the water balance; (viii) Water resources management plan in the region; (see details of activities in ToRs). The Local Development and Adaptation to Climate Change (ALBIÄ) Project invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to express their interest in providing the services described above. Interested Consultants must provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience for the performance of the Services. The criteria for the establishment of the shortlist are: for the accomplishment of this mission, the Office / Cabinet must have the required (general) qualifications and experience of ten (10) years as an Office / Study Cabinet and have at least five (5) years of experience in the field of the mission (experience required for the mission), (Attach at least three (3) contracts and their certificates of proper execution or satisfaction of contracts). Have the management, technical and administrative capacities appropriate for the conduct of the mission.
