Three similar works: 40% of Estimated Cost = 0.4 * Estimated Cost Where the Estimated Cost is approximately Rs. 200.79 Lakh to Rs. 200.80 Lakh. The values are: 1. One similar work: Rs. 160.63 Lakh 2. Two similar works: Rs. 100.40 Lakh each 3. Three similar works: Rs. 80.32 Lakh each Therefore, the bid capacity required to bid is having a value of at least Rs. 160.63 Lakh for one similar work, or two similar works of at least Rs. 100.40 Lakh each, or three similar works of at least Rs. 80.32 Lakh each. Additionally, the financial eligibility criteria require the average of turnover for the last three financial years to be not less than Rs. 150.59 Lakh, which is 75% of the estimated cost mentioned in the tender. The formulas for financial eligibility are: 1. Average turnover for last three years ≥ Rs. 150.59 Lakh (75% of Estimated Cost) 2. Value of one similar work ≥ Rs. 160.63 Lakh (80% of Estimated Cost) 3. Value of two similar works ≥ Rs. 100.40 Lakh (50% of Estimated Cost) 4.
