Request for Proposal: for Cscs cyber security assessment Project Objectives CSCS requires the service of a reputable organization to provide an independent assessment of CSCS Cyber Security landscape and provide report on its adequacy and to also provide recommendations on what CSCS needs to improve on. The proposed vendor must be able to deliver on the items listed below. - Provide an independent assessment of CSCS Cyber Security landscape, people, process and technologies. - An independent assessment of CSCS Cyber Security tools and determine if these tools are sufficient. - An independent assessment of CSCS Cyber Security process and Security staff competence including incident management, monitoring, security awareness program, vulnerability management etc. - Recommendations on additional controls to be implemented. - Recommendations on additional security tools to be implemented of changed. - Present a strategy document to be implemented, to ensure that we are fortified against cyber threats.
