Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work during the last 07 years. These categories include: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The work experience should be in a similar nature of work, including Repair/Rehabilitation/Overhauling/AMC/Supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of Central AC Unit/Window AC/Package AC units/Air Conditioning Duct/Split type AC units/Water Cooler, etc. The work must have been carried out in Central Government departments or State Government departments, Central government PSUs or State Government PSUs, or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. The percentages of similar works completed mentioned are 30%, 40%, and 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The amount for public listed companies is an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore.
