The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in eligible similar nature of work completed during the last seven years. The bidder should furnish details of eligible similar nature of works completed during the last seven years. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 3442 lacs OR - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 5163 lacs OR - One similar work costing not less than Rs. 6883 lacs. Similar work shall mean works of “Construction of building in RCC framed structure having minimum one building of five storeys or more.” No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should secure at least fifty percent marks in each section (including experience in eligible similar nature of work) and sixty percent marks in aggregate to become eligible for short listing. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the previous day of last date of submission of tenders. The values of similar works are provided as Rs. 3442 lacs, Rs. 5163 lacs, and Rs. 6883 lacs for the three different options.
