The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having associated with an agency that has successfully completed similar works during the last seven years. The specific criteria for each package are as follows: For packages like PACKAGE-C2, PACKAGE-C3, and PACKAGE-C4, the main contractor shall have to associate with an agency that has: - One similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the ECPT amount of this subhead. - OR, two similar completed works each of value not less than 60% of the ECPT amount of this subhead. - OR, three similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of the ECPT amount of this subhead. For packages like PACKAGE-C5 and PACKAGE-C7, the main contractor shall have to associate with an agency that has: - One similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender of this subhead, with a capacity of individual transformer not less than 80% of the highest capacity transformer or DG set in this work. - OR, two similar completed works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender of this subhead, with a capacity of individual transformer not less than 80% of the highest capacity transformer or DG set in this work. - OR, three similar completed works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender of this subhead, with a capacity of individual transformer not less than 80% of the highest capacity transformer or DG set in this work. The values and percentages mentioned are 80%, 60%, and 40% of the estimated cost put to tender or ECPT amount. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
