The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years from the date of submission of proposals. For the bidder, the eligibility criteria are as follows: - The bidder must have completed one work costing not less than Rs. 2.50 Crore executed with the structural system technology as proposed by the bidders. For associate specialized agencies, the eligibility criteria are as follows: - For Swimming Pool work: The agency should have successfully completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 120 Lakh, or two similar works each of value not less than Rs. 180 Lakh, or three similar works each of value not less than Rs. 240 Lakh. - For Puff panel with M.S.truss roofing system work: The agency should have successfully completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 160 Lakh, or two similar works each of value not less than Rs. 240 Lakh, or three similar works each of value not less than Rs. 320 Lakh. - For Water proofing treatment work: The agency should have successfully completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 16 Lakh, or two similar works each of value not less than Rs. 24 Lakh, or three similar works each of value not less than Rs. 32 Lakh. The required experience for personnel includes: 1. A Graduate Engineer, Civil, Project Manager with 10 years of experience (and having experience of one similar nature of work). 2. A Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer, Civil, Project/Site Engineer with 5 years or 10 years of experience respectively. 3. A Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer, Civil+Elect, Planning/quality/billing Engineer with 2 years or 5 years of experience respectively. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the value of executed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
