The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each of value not less than Rs. 9680 lakhs - Two similar works each of value not less than Rs. 14521 lakhs - One similar work of value not less than Rs. 19361 lakhs These works should have been completed during the last 7 years. In terms of percentage, the bidder's experience in similar class of works is evaluated based on the following criteria: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between – on pro-rata basis The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works during the last seven years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited. The similar work shall mean road construction work including embankment and cross drainage works. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the previous day of the last day of submission of bids. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 7260 lakhs on construction works during the last three years ending 31st March, 2024. The value of annual turnover figures shall be brought to the current value by enhancing the actual turnover figure at a simple rate of 7% per annum. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
