The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.78.49 Crores - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.117.74 Crores - One similar work costing not less than Rs.156.98 Crores For specialized civil work items, the eligibility criteria include: - Three similar works, each with a value of not less than 40% of the corresponding specialized item's value - Two similar works, each with a value of not less than 60% of the corresponding specialized item's value - One similar work with a value of not less than 80% of the corresponding specialized item's value Additionally, the bidder should have completed one work costing not less than Rs.39.25 Crores using the Structural System Technology, or associate with a contractor having the requisite experience. The evaluation of experience is done on a pro-rata basis, with 60% marks for the minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more. To become eligible for short listing, the bidder must secure at least 50% marks in this criterion. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 58.87 crores on construction works during the immediate last three consecutive financial years. For consultancy works, the completed and handed over works that qualify are those with a plinth area of: - minimum 16000 sqm for three comprehensive consultancy works, - minimum 24000 sqm for two comprehensive consultancy works, - minimum 32000 sqm for one comprehensive consultancy work. For sub-consultancy works, the required experience and similar work values are: 1. Structural design: Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering with minimum experience of 15 years, and three consultancy works of similar nature of work each involving plinth area of minimum 16000 sqm, or two works of minimum 24000 sqm, or one work of minimum 32000 sqm. 2. Design of services for all Civil services: minimum experience of 10 years, and three consultancy works of similar nature of work each involving plinth area of minimum 16000 sqm, or two works of minimum 24000 sqm, or one work of minimum 32000 sqm.
