This Will Be Available From The Time The Bid Notice Is Posted And Its Pdf Version Can Be Downloaded By The Prospective Bidders Until The Deadline For The Submission And Receipt Of Bids. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee At The Cashier’s Office. Only Those Bidders Who Pay The Bid Documents Fee Through The Bid Payment Modality Shall Be Allowed To Participate In The Opening Of Bids. Bids That Are Submitted Via Electronic Submission Or Thru Manual Submission Shall Not Be Open If They Failed To Pay The Corresponding Fee For The Bid Documents. It May Also Be Downloaded Free Of Charge From The Website Of The Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (philgeps) And The Website Of The Procuring Entity, Provided That Bidders Shall Pay The Nonrefundable Fee For The Bidding Documents Not Later Than The Submission Of Their Bids. The Bidding Will Be On A Per Lot Basis.
