The required prior work experience for the bidder is satisfactorily completing works as a Project Management Consultant (PMC) under the provisions of GFR 133(3) during the last five years. The bidder should have experience in "Providing Comprehensive Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services for Construction & Development of various buildings". The similar works completed should meet one of the following conditions: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs. 22 Crore (40% of Rs. 55 Crore) - Two similar works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs. 33 Crore (60% of Rs. 55 Crore) - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs. 44 Crore (80% of Rs. 55 Crore) In terms of evaluation, the bidder's past experience is given a maximum of 45 marks, with specific marks for experience in similar works, Navratna/Mini Ratna-I/Mini Ratna-II, number of years in the relevant operational area, and experience in Green Building. The bidder can get marks for: - 20 marks for four times or more the minimum eligibility criteria of similar works - 10 marks for twice or more the minimum eligibility criteria of similar works - 05 marks for meeting the minimum eligibility criteria of similar works - 05 marks for at least one project with 05 Star GRIHA/Gold LEED rating or equivalent - 04 marks for at least one project with 04 Star GRIHA/Gold LEED rating or equivalent - 03 marks for at least two projects with 03 Star GRIHA/Gold LEED rating or equivalent - 5 marks for more than one work in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region - 3 marks for one work in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region The bidder should also have their established and registered regional/head office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The estimated cost of the project is Approx. Rs. 55 Crore. The bidder should have successfully completed or ongoing at least one similar work of not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region in the last five years. The required prior work experience is as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 22 Crore (40% of Rs. 55 Crore) - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 33 Crore (60% of Rs. 55 Crore) - One similar work costing not less than Rs. 44 Crore (80% of Rs. 55 Crore)
