The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with specific cost values. The bidder must have completed works that meet one of the following criteria: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The similar nature of work includes Diversion of 33KV OH line or similar work, such as the erection of a 33KV OH line or above. The cost of previous completed works will be given a simple weightage of 7% per year to bring them to the current price level. The proportionate value of experience in proportion to the actual share of the bidder in a joint venture firm/partnership firm will be considered against eligibility, otherwise, it shall be taken as 100%. The bidder must have prior work experience of having successfully completed similar work during the last 7 years. In the case of a Joint Venture, the qualifying criteria parameter can be fulfilled if any of the JV partners or the JV itself has the experience of having completed a single work of similar nature, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender.
