The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works, specifically "Construction / Renovation of any building work". This experience can be fulfilled in the following ways: * Completion of a single work of similar nature costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. * Completion of two works of similar nature, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. * Completion of three works of similar nature, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The cost of previous completed works will be given a simple weightage of 5% per year to bring them to the current price level. Additionally, the average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. A Satisfactory Work Completion Certificate issued by the employer is required against the experience of similar work, containing all the information furnished by the bidder online. In case of a Joint Venture (JV), the certificate is required against individual partner(s) including the Lead Partner of JV.
